The fear is that Netflix is going to prevent WB from making good movies and that all future movies from WB won't get long theater releases.The secondary fear is that with fewer competitors, Netflix gets to raise the price of subscription. But if you look at price hike history, you'll see that price has risen in response to more and more competition, not the opposite.
