Trailer expected next week. Looks like they're sticking with the working title of Disclosure.
>>216513641They're prepping us for the truth.
>>216513641yeah the aliens love our government because uhhhh they just really appreciate the hardworking folks in government
>>216513723we have had agreements and treaties with the Greys and Nords for decades allowing the abduction and testing of humanity in exchange for technology and scientific research for us to learn/figure out space travel and information about the universe.
>>216513585He already made a bunch of alien movies of various kinds, what else can he make? He made an invasion with War of the Worlds, he made le cute underdog story for kids with E.T. he made "we come in peace" with Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
>>216513911>im a big ufo and alien guyI suspect all of you are quite big
>>216513713For the DOPSR MOSSAD CIA version of it, anyway.
>>216513585>Birds aren't real
>>216513585When’s the last time this hack made a good movie? War of the Worlds over 20 years ago? He has only made overt propaganda and undiluted slop since then.
>>216514097War of the Worlds sucked.Munich was good.
>>216513713The truth is out there.
All the normies waiting on the Avengers and Supergirl trailers, real cinephiles like me want this.
>>216514972>Driedelberg>cinephiles
>>216514193>War of the Worlds sucked.I watched it again a couple months ago for the first time since it was released in 2005; it was way more kino that I remembered, and actually goes to show just how far Hollywood filmmaking standards have dropped since then.
>we come in peace! You guys should form a one world government or something, lmao
>>216513585He'll never top close encounters. Best film he ever made and the best alien "invasion" film in general.
>>216515871Maybe it looks better compared to current slop, but I still don't like it. Cruise is barely a character. Annoying litlle girl (inb4 on purpose, don't care). The dry as fuck colour palette that Spielberg started doing in the 00s which can work sometimes (Minority Report looked stylish with it) but felt like a lazy way to create a dark tone in War of the Worlds. It's very hollow spectacle. I think there was like an attempt at commentary on Iraq war (lol) with the son running off to fight aliens, but then he comes back randomly alive and unsratched in the end, very fucking dumb and pointless. The original 50s film might look comical now, but that 50s camp and cartoonishness is million tiems more artistically potent than Spielberg's dry DUDE ISN'T TOM CRUISE RUNNING AND EVERYTHING AROUND EXPLODING SO EPIC?
>>216516062The movie is supposed to be a representation of the fear and panic of 9/11. It successfully does this with the aliens which are fucking cool and brutal, but it comes at the expense of the rest of the movie which has nothing going for it in the script. Things like the son magically being okay in the end is ridiculously stupid and corny propaganda to have this pro-military message of the army saving the day and keeping us alive
>>216516107I mean the army didn't really save the day, it was the Earth's viruses or something.
>>216515967We would need a 75% genocide to make one world government work.
>>216516763>We would need a 100% tyranny to make one world government work.ftfy
>>216513585>Aliens are Le Bad>You know, emmm, yes, you know, Hitler made a deal with them>Black Projects are Le GoodAnother nothingburger. Plus, a famous hack doing the same slop again.
>>216513911>grifters and mentally ill peopleHello!
>>216513585Looks like a poster for the hunger games.
If the bird silhouette was an owl you would had my utter attention, like sitting up straight attention. But this? Its weird. can someone decipher the kidn of bird?
>>216517307Didn't someone say american pigeons are spying devices
>>216517307>>216517353
>>216517353>>216517381Not the point. One of the deepest ufo lore rabbit holes is the presence of owls during contactee events.
>>216516763Anon, I think you might be in luck...
Expecting this to be pure kino, hopefully it opens up the ayy lmao realm again for other directors
I wonder how this connects to Close Encounters.
>All will be disclosedTall order. If this is blue beans programming it wouldnt surprise me
>>216513585love birds, simple as. looking forward to some bird kino.
He will expose the truth just like his good friend and mentor Stanley Kubrick. RIP Spielberg.
>>216517454Not the point, sweetie. The point is that Spielberg was handpicked for the 2027 reveal.
>>216517487Kubrick wasn't fucking killed.
>>216517307kinda looks like a blue jays side profile
Birds eye. Bravo spielberg
>>216513585the owls are not what they seem
