My job requires that I deal with insurance claims adjusters every day and they really are the slime of the fucking earth. Doing everything they can to weasel their way out of paying for services they are being PAID to fucking provide. Just today I had them hangup on me after finding out that I was calling on behalf of a mutual patient. They genuinely just spam the phone down half the time because it's their job to not do payouts. I would give 10 uears of my life judt to watch one of them drag his nuts through a mile of broken glass, and tell him at the end of it that it's a preexisting condition so we can't cover it.
