My TV started to go a dark tint of red on the right side, is it dead? Can't afford a new one so my kino watching days might be over :(

>>216520244Use your computer monitor instead.Red tint mean it' failing and will get more and more red. It costs more to repair it than a new tv. If you want a cheap alternative, buy a low-cost portable DVD player. The screens are a decent alternative and compatible with most setups through the red/white/yellow cables. You can get one for like 30 bucks in some places.
