I expect the 4K will be coming out in 2026 and if what I saw is basically the final result, then it should be a nice, definitive version of the film

Just finished. A bunch of Czech kids are chosen for a school ski retreat, and things start to feel a little sinister. Apparently their areare aliens who want one of them to pick a kid from the group to be sacrificed.. Most of it is the kids bickering and their interpersonal drama, and them doubting whether the premise is just some sort of team building exercise or not. The kids are pretty clearly nonprofessional actors, and this has the feeling of a grim Voyage of the Mimi episode, imo. Lots of cute girls and a beautiful location, but it's repetitive and kind of annoying and doesn't say much in the end.

Video Nasty censor whose sister went missing as a child reviews a movie for certification that mirrors the event that took her sister and starts to think the filmmakers must know something about it.
