In general I've found that it's an undertone that you find in a lot of Sandler's work, be it Click, Uncut Gems, Reign Over Me, Bedtime Stories, Meyerowitz Stories, and several other movies of his too. Probably the most obvious example is Happy Gilmore vs. Happy Gilmore 2, where in the first film his shitty behavior is depicted as a positive while in the second it's depicted as a negative, with the climax being him teaming up with White-coded demographics to fight against Benny Safdie's goy squad.I think it comes from the fact that despite being an NYC Jew, he was raised in New Hampshire for most of his early life; thus he got a middle America experience and grew up with and around normal White Christians. He doesn't have nor really understand any of the hatred or resentment towards them that plagues most Jews, so as a result he views that tendency among Jews very negatively, which is very rare and very interesting.
