Did boomlennials actually watch a recap of memes they saw on facebook?
I lived out in the country with dial-up internet so yeah, I did used to watch this.
Yes. The real boomers of the boom watched that other show though
I also watched America's Funniest Home Videos a lot.
>>216524732It's grim how the last few seasons were just youtube videos.
yes while drinking from hoses.
>>216524750Can't say I had the misfortune of experiencing that.
>>216524667The web redemption skits were fun, and Tosh was a goofy edgelord which was still fun back then.
>>216524667The same way zoomers and alphas watch react content
>>216524667It was a simpler time
>>216524667this was actually an update of america's funniest home videos
>>216524732Loved this as a child, thought the added sound effects were genuine kino
>>216524667A lot of them were actually from Youtube, not Facebook. Facebook was never that kind of site even in its heyday. Nowadays Youtube is all super targeted scripted videos designed to fudge the algorithm but back then people would just post funny random shit and you'd get it in your feed the same way you get funny random shit on Tiktok. Tosh was genuinely funny at commentary and his skits were pretty good. This format had been done before several times but he approached it from an edgy, raunchy perspective that had more staying power. Pretty sure his show only got canceled a few years ago.
>>216524799He has a podcast on youtube now. He interviews various people from his life and its fucking hilarious
