It's kinda par the course for most slashers. Most of Halloween's acting isn't anything special aside from Donald Pleasence.In Elm Street's case the lame final battle sticks out. Freddy getting Home Alone'd is pretty cringe as an adult. Best Elm Street ending is Dream Master in terms of quality and enjoyability.
