what do you think his directing style is actually like on set? he makes people give performances they can never replicate. christoph waltz is basically only good in tarantino films, for instance. he's obviously a weird guy but sometime being weird actors not want to work with you, and in this case that clearly isnt an issue.

Danos career has taken a bit of a downturn. This is the best thing that has happened to it in years. Matthew Lillard probably realized this And tried to jump on the bandwagon but it's not going to work for him. I expect way more kinos from Dano in the next year or two as a result of this.
