Crap movie.
PKW isn't skilled enough to do the wacky tonal shift style that Bong Joon Ho is so good at. He doesn't understand comic timing at all, and the lead actor was a terrible choice for a comedy as well which just made it really awkward.
Also visually it looks atrocious despite the editing being really good.
