he basically just repeats what they probably heard in day 1 of salesmen training and then just tells them what hes really there for and that they're going to be firing the bottom salesperson because of cutbacks and poor performance. Anyways Lemon and Pacino are killer in this movie, Pacino genuinely gives one of his best performances
