More like Cringe, lol

I watched it weekly for its entire run. It was a good show. I kinda don't remember almost any of the specifics so I could rewatch it I suppose.

I'm considering watching this in the future, right now I'm going through criminal minds though.

This show gets more and more retarded by the season. JJ's mystery box in full turbo mode where its all just made up as they went along.
>>
>>216583499
The later seasons definitely dipped in quality, and I really did not not like the whole "Olivia and this handful of insane people are real life X-Men" thing.

Still a good show.
>>
I did, good show. Wish John Noble and Anna Torv were in more things.

>gets more and more retarded by the season
Indeed. It was nice at first when it just was "X-Files at home". Then it degrades with the last season going full retard.
>>
>>216583557
It went in circles in the later seasons. The full retard moment was when they made Nimoy the bad guy for that retarded alt-universe filled with alt-space animals. Shit was fully retarded.
>>
>>216583630
The evil Nimoy act was still okay, mostly cause of Skarsgards acting. That I found really dumb was the grey men arc.

The early Gray Man arc was kino. Its the whole mystery box in full effect. It was where it all went that was lame. This is because it was all made up as they went along anyway.

Its literally JJ's entire career schtick. Kino concept to get greenlit and then no way or even an idea on how to resolve it. Everyone has gotten wise to it though now which is why he hasn't gotten a lot of work recently.

I'm sad they couldn't stick to filming in New York -Season 1 looked great, then they moved to Canada and it sometimes looked like a CW show
>>
took me 2 years to realize she wasn't Cate Blanchett
anyway the last 2 seasons were a fucking drag but at least it had a proper ending

The one with the time traveller and the tulip was an absolute amazing episode.

Agreed. It nosedived after the finale where Beter gets in the machine and never recovered.

I remember the live threads were pretty fun

>Gray men seem to always show up at important historical events.

Am I the only one that remembers the gray man they had on the sideline of that RL primetime NFL game back when the show was airing? I know it was just a cross-promo but it was a kino idea.

Too bad the "gray men showing up at important historical events" was a nothingburger and simply more JJ empty mystery box.
>>
>>216584437
agreed. Probably my fav.
>>
>>216584922
nah I remember that too. it was hilarious because the camera kept zooming in and out on him really obviously like a bollywood scene
>>
>>216584922
Weren't the bald fellas showing up at key moments in history to ensure that a future was created where they could exist/thrive?
>>

Everyone tries to forget abrams’ intensely gay real life advertising bullshit
