I have seen this and remember nothing about it besides I think the music was weird. Was it an Elio Petri movie? I was going through his stuff at one point.
>>
>>216843499
Yes, it's Petri. It's a really beautiful movie about an artist solving a murder, while having a mental breakdown and/or being assisted by the ghost of a nymphomanic nazi
The rest of it is Vanessa Redgrave being beautiful in various stages of undress near modern appliances or renaissance art

Just finished. Hugely boring Altered States type flick about a guy forced by an Aryan cult to track down an ex-Naxi scientist doing experiments in astral projection or something. I couldn't make any sense of the plot and barely anything happens. Seems like it was a new agey per project of the director more than a proper exploitation flick, has some very subpar 2001 style effects at the end. Mind-numbing. Onward into the /hor/ pit

Just finished. Captured for Sex 2. Hard edged pink film where the plot takes up about 30 seconds. Car of a dude and his girlfriend breaks down, some other dude with sunglasses and khakis helps them get it back to his place, dude #2 immediately begins sexually torturing them. The first guy asks to be his student and together they kidnap another girl playing tennis, and eventually a third girl who's a friend of the original one. This is different from other pink movies in that you can tell they're really doing everything. Like there's a scene where a girl has been holding in an enema for hours and then she stays it out and it's real shitty water, lmao. The girls get beat and real marks get left. The copy I had was muddy as shit but still watchable and subtitled. Some weird dissonant synth music is the score. At the end the normal guy stabs the kidnapper and the girls think they're freezing but of course he keeps them captive himself, lol.

Just finished. This fucking movie, lol. Dark, dark Swedish comedy from the director of They Call Her One Eye. A milquetoast seeming office worker is also a serial rapist/murderer. The evening news reports that if confronted by the unknown rapist/killer, just let him do what he wants because then at worst you'll just get raped and at least you won't get killed, lmao >>>/wsg/6058335
Amazingly, this seems to be true, and he starts just raping women and not killing any of them!. This isn't a porno movie in the way you'd think of it, but there are copious sex scenes and they're all hardcore and using the same actors who do normal scenes elsewhere, especially the lead. They go the American Psycho route of being very vague about what's really happening and isn't. The MC's experiences crossover into the bizarre often, but it's never treated like it. He rapes with impunity, is given experimental bullets by a gun shop that make things explode, gets wrapped up in a bank robbery, carjacks somebody, and shoots down a helicopter! At the end, he drives to the airport where he picks up his loving wife and daughter. The wife asks "what have you been up to?" and he delivers the punchline: "oh, you know, nothing ever happens in this shit town." LOL
Craziest part: a long scene has him hanging at the playground, getting friendly with a little girl. He drives her out to the woods, and happily feeds lots of candy. At some point, the little girl says she wants to go home. Without missing a beat, he says "sure!" and drives her back! She asks "will I see you again?" He says "no." LMFAO. Nuts.

Dude dies. He gets betrayed, shot to shit, burned (?) and then comes back to get revenge on all his mobster friends. You don't really find out the twist until the end. He has completely blacked out eyes and made like some deal with a demon that he gets a chance at revenge.

Just finished. At 40 minutes, the closest thing to a feature by the goofballs behind Attack of the Killer Refrigerator. Standard slasher setup that looks pretty good for shot on video. Painfully blown out audio, respectable body count for something so short escaped homicidal maniac escapes the mental hospital by killing an orderly with a clipboard (>>>/wsg/6058377), stabs a BBQ fork into his arm stump, and takes out some citizenry including a kid and a chihuahua. Not much to it but good-natured, you can tell the whole town got involved.

Just finished. Blood is Sex: Harlem Valentine's Day. Ok, this is way over my head. I can't make head or tails of it, and it's impressive as fuck. 50 minutes long, excellent cinematography, sound, music, etc. it's WW3(?) and Tokyo is destroyed(?), though it just looks like it always does, with people acting like they normally do. A psychotic soldier is looking for his girl Reiko, who he assumes every woman he runs into is, and murders anybody who protests over it. A girl comes to a high end brothel to get hired, saying she never wants any exposure to the outside world again. The two cross paths and I'm not sure what happens. One of the earliest and best examples of a certain type of sophistication I'm aware of, I thought while watching it must of been influenced by Cafe Flesh and The Terminator, but it came out the same year as the former and several years before the latter. The director made Death Powder and nothing else, but became a prominent actor. No idea how this isn't very well known, maybe it makes other people feel as stupid as it did me.

>Femina Ridens

Based:
>The film centers on Dr. Sayer, the director of a philanthropic foundation, who spends his weekends at his luxurious villa outside Rome engaging in sadistic fantasies with prostitutes.
When his regular prostitute becomes unavailable, he substitutes Maria, a young journalist on his staff, drugging her and subjecting her to his games.
However, Maria begins to subvert him, turning the power dynamic around.

Recently watched Sinners and Weapons. Modern horror movies of the past 5 years start off good with less cheap jumpscares than in the 2005-2015 period, but then the ending is always some monsters flying supernatural shit which ruins the experience for me.

Lol, it's a real movie, such as it is. A girl gets accepted to a school and discovers the exam was rigged to be evaluating torturer potential instead of academics, and is forced into the club despite being very timid and having no sadistic tendencies. She's accidentally great at it, and that spirals into all kinds of romantic complications between the members. There are no male characters whatsoever, and the actresses are all gravure models. It is VERY racy.
>>
>216853458
>>216839831
Hey OP, the true horror was when I ordered some "spiedies" normal people call them "speedies." OK I live up here now, but even in NYC there was not such a disgusting thing of words especially from an established group of restaurants trying to keep pre or post covid shit alive.
'SPIEDIE" prounouned speedie in NYS USA, just name it that you dumbfucks.
It's just a hunk of chicken on some white bread, nothing to be known for.

>>
Just finished. Aneurysm inducing retardation from some other dimension. Clearly an unfinished dracula/wolfman nudie movie that they never produced a soundtrack for, so they just got some random Jewish guy to watch the movie and improvise lines for all the characters. I don't think he was a comedian. He periodically mildly cracks himself up with how dumb his own jokes are, like he names the werewolf character "Irving Jackalman" on the spot and seems amused by how stupid that name is that he says it every chance he gets. This is somebody's favorite movie that I bet they haven't seen yet. It's to Rifftrax what Bat Pussy is to porno.

Izumiya is an interesting guy, folk musician with a really long career (first album 1971) that dabbled in bizarre films too. I think he worked on some Sogo Ishii films too? Or maybe was just an actor in them & on the soundtrack.
