This is my understanding, could be wrong. I'd say jagi/jagiya, often translated as babe, honey, etc. It's gender neutral and is typically only used between (younger?) couples. Oppa can be an intimate address or a platonic one but is generally only going to be used by girls/women towards older guys.
Technically, jagi is a 2nd person pronoun and oppa is a noun. Korean is particular about using their "you"s so both (and a litany of other forms of address) can be used in place of it. I think Dear X was done well. The story and acting but mostly applaud a kdrama that ignored its own tropes. Cold and manipulative as the FL was nearly everyone tried to control and/or destroy her ESPECIALLY that sick short term step brother creep. Unless it was planned for off the rip, kdrama sequels have always taken time. Disney+ is probably the quickest overall with these things, likely because they plan for it at the start. For individual dramas, Taxi Driver probably has the best track record. 2 years in between seasons and they've maintained their core cast throughout its 3 seasons.
For All of Us Are Dead specifically, S2 was confirmed in 2022 and was supposed to film in 2024 but it got postponed. It's pretty similar to what happened with Iris in 2009. Sequel was meant to come out in 2011 but production/broadcast got delayed into 2013 (though they did have a spin-off in the meantime). And that one didn't even have that much cast overlap.

I actually appreciate what the show was trying to do and thought it done well. BUT I was about to abandon it many times because the simps were disgusting. The end saved the show.
