This and the Ladykillers back to back made people think they were past their prime and then boom No Country for Old Men

It was a romcom with prime CZJ. Has a nice little plot twist. I don't regret watching it.

Just awful. Coens should stay away from rom coms as Hudsucker was pretty bad too.

I liked Ladykillers

Opposite for me. Hate Ladykillers, but like Intolerable Cruelty quite a bit. Clooney and the Coens are always good together.

I remember about 15 minutes from this movie, some from the start, some from the end, but what I remember vividly is that I was sitting in my room when I suddenly heard my mom laugh extremely hard downstairs. Apparently my mom and my brother were watching this movie, and the asthmatic assassin Wheezy Joe just tried to shoot George Clooney's character with his inhaler and put his own gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. My brother thought it was horrible my mom was laughing at this and asked her how it was funny and she just said "It's funny because it's the type of thing that could totally happen to you in real life".
