The filmmakers who made this terrible movie and the faggot who wrote the book is based on plagiarized an 80s Argentinian film that’s much better. In Kpax it’s implied the guy went insane after someone killed his family or something. In the Argentinian film it’s most definitely an alien with telekinetic powers who gets slowly broken and killed by the hospital medication.
