Especially this particular scene with minimal blocking, basic lighting, no spfx or stunts etc. I can't imagine why unless Noah couldn't get it out, the director sucked, it was rewritten halfway through and reshot, or a combination of all these things. I did hear from a friend who worked on this season that most of the actors (they didn't say who) couldn't stand each other and getting them in the same room was a nightmare, so that could have had something to do with it.
