It wouldn't be a very good tour. Enya is a recording artist from back when that didn't mean "no-talent helped by producers." It meant you were a musician but you used the superhuman capabilities of the studio environment to your benefit. Lot's of layered ethereal reverby vocals in Enya, along with lush strings, tons of saturation, etc. Live just wouldn't do it justice, although she does do one-off performances iirc. She'd more or less have to sing to tape or spare down the arrangements, which probably sounds fine.
