The armorer was not on set that day as she had been told there would not be any gun scene filmed but the producer(Baldwin) changed the filming schedule and did not tell her. Then an actor(Baldwin) picked up an unknown gun off the armorers table, pointed it at a woman, said he was going to kill her, and then pulled the trigger.This was unironically a miscarriage of justice
