this was all right, Jesse Plemons is certainly nearing the position where hes one of the modern hit actors to get excited for their new movies (like Walton Goggins) I wish I saw it without knowing that she was an alien but that is tough in the internet age. Still the movie felt very minor in scope, not until the final kill earth scene did I feel much weight and all of the budding details about Teddy from the mothers health, to the babysitter molestation, and Don, reminds me the shotgun suicide that was pretty tight but overall I didn't care much for the tard character but thats my own bias against them in film. Anyways i wouldnt exactly shill it but Its probably hetter than most of the best picture nominees

her feet look pretty fantastic for her age
people will talk shit but she is still very attractive

God she is ugly

Why has no one ever thought to do that block move she did with the pepper spray?

Same plot as the original from 2003.

The knowledge portrayed in this movie is largely correct. Earth has long been the home of advanced species who, despite our longtime paranoia, are indeed benevolent and consider themselves our custodians against our wild nature. We are, all agree, a childish and self-destructive strain of humanity and our window to justify our existence before the metaphorical plug is pulled is running out.

I went into the film without any previous knowledge and I knew within 10 minutes that she was an alien. It was just too obvious. The ending kinda sucked and I think they should had just left it ambiguous about the aliens and shit. It basically proves that these psycho conspiracy dudes were right all along which idk if that is what the message of the film was supposed to be or that it was making this all silly to make conspiracy theorists look silly.

Anyway Jesse Plemons was fucking great in this.

Why do all movies have to have a message?
>>
Was pretty good but the spaceship scene was a bit over the top

The plot twist is that the Earth is flat, right?

You blow in from the 1800s?

can someone explain why these people dont reshoot the ending when the focus groups must have all told them that the ending sucks? I mean how much work can it really be to do a few extra scenes at the end to do a better ending? Everyone with a single brain cell knows that this ending sucked. So why not do something about it while you still can

I guess you're REALLY not gonna like this then
>The word "shibboleth" originates from the Hebrew Bible, specifically in the Book of Judges, where it was used as a test to distinguish between the Gileadites and the Ephraimites based on their pronunciation of the word.

I thought it was a very good film about an insane narcissist who believes every retarded detail his narcissistic brain tells him to
Then it turns out he was right about absolutely everything and it's just a film about a guy being correct

Either way the ultimate message is that humanity is evil and deserves annihilation since the final scene is so beautiful and cathartic. Reddit nihilism, billions must die.
