Wakanda is a technological powerhouse of a nation, and yet they hide while he and millions of others in neighboring countries are left to suffer when they have more than enough resources and wealth to do something about it. His answer of arming impoverished groups around the globe is a relentless solution which is fostered only because of years of growing resentment for a nation that could've saved him, and many others. Personally I think it runs too deep for him, he's a good character, but not a very good guy. I couldn't see people accepting him as a leader anyway after what he did in BP1
