I thought I had this movie clocked thirty minutes in, I started to suspect Kurt Russel's wife was never there and he was just having a mental breakdown (wow what a clever title). Was expecting some nonsense about how he actually killed his wife before the movie started and it's just some bottom of the barrel trash le psychological thriller, a genre for the lowest common denominator. I killed my le wife and I now I'm dealing with le guilt and le trauma and this movie is le exploration of le mental breakdown.Was so relieved when it turned out to be a simple action thriller about a man trying to save his kidnapped wife.
