ROCKY FILMS BEST TO WORST

GREAT FILMS
>Rocky 1: Works as a standalone successor to On the Waterfront, just a good story about a man that could've been more going the distance, proving it to himself.
>Rocky 6: A perfect capstone for Rocky's career undermined by the Creed films that came later. A rehashing on the original in all the right ways. Just Rocky proving his worth to himself.

OKAY FILMS
>Rocky 2: Doesn't need to exist, just wish fulfillment for all the plebs that thought he should've won in Rocky 1.
>Rocky 5: The natural progression for a retired boxer, focusing on his legacy through training other boxers. Too bad no one wanted to see a movie where Rocky doesn't fight.

NOT ROCKY MOVIES
>Rocky 3: Rocky goes from a stuttering half-a-retard lebreaker to wearing tailored suits and speaking without an impediment as his character just becomes Sylvester Stallone. Stops being about a loanshark's legbreaker making good and now fights cartoon character like Mr T and Hulk Hogan.
>Rocky 4: More of the same. Not-Rocky continues to fight supervillain caricatures like the invincible Ivan Drago who kills people in the right instead of being some kid from the streets of Philly. Still doesn't act or speak like Rocky.

>Creed 1, 2, 3: Stupid idea, and Creed actually had sons in the movies. But decided to make him a philandering negro and have his illegitimate baby's momma's bastard be the protagonist. Even if you don't have negroid fatigue (and you should), everyone should have Michael B Jordan fatigue by now. He's the Pedro Pascal of blacks.
