Why was 2025 such a terrible year for kino?
I didn't go to the cinema not once and next year there's like 10 films I want to see in cinema. And none of them are capeshit.

It wasn't.

It wasn't, it was good compared to the past 2-3 years actually. Not the best of all time, but not particularly bad either.

It's been pretty good. One Battle After Another, The Long Walk and Sinners. Even F1 is pretty good for a 00s blockbuster throwback.
No Other Choice was no Oldboy/Handmaiden, but it was decent. Sentimental Value too. Smashing Machine was good. Haven't seen Marty Supreme yet but I hear it's kino.
Superman barely broke even. All 3 mcu films flopped hard. What more could you want?
We get a new Refn film next year btw
