And how does season 3 compare to previous seasons?

A masterpiece, but different in style from all that came before. People should not denigrate Season 1 and half of Season 2 though. They are still very good in their own right.

I think Twin Peaks season three has to come from a place of appreciating what Lynch did after Twin Peaks. It's all good though.

Terrible take. I am very picky about what media I enjoy (I barely ever even watch TV or movies) but Twin Peaks and The Sopranos are my two favorite things I've ever watched.

It really depends on if like David Lynch as an artist or if you just like Twin Peaks.

If you like Lynch, you will get your fix pretty greatly. If you just like Twin Peaks, it may be a rough ride. Its still worth it tho.
