Not really, ignoring later context added in the sequels like Dwayne "The Scorpion King" Johnson and Anubis (who is evil for some reason) summoning armies from Hell and shit. He killed, like, 5 total asshole thieves who violated the very fair and explicitly stated "mummy's curse" warnings all over his tomb. If not for the whole reincarnation subplot and Brendan Frasier's waifu being in danger, there really wouldn't be much reason to oppose him, which is why the first film is kino, it's a very personal story with a tough guy asshole antihero mercenary and his foppish faggot bro going on a relatively simple rescue mission. The latter movies pushed the stakes way too fucking high, especially the downright sad chinkaboo alimony money one.

Nubians were btfo, enslaved, and their likeness depicted on the sandals of the pharaoh so he could step on his enemies as he walked.

Never ever trust a woman that cheats on her husband with you
>>
He stole that guys eyes and tongue
>>
>>216986269
he was okay before the curse, after that he was basically a monster trapped inside a dead husk until Eve revived him. Giving that the whole point of dying was to travel to the afterlife, that curse was really extreme
>>
>>216986269
He was a goddamned dirty filthy SIMP
A goddamned dirty Judas Simp.

Underworld has to be evil to allign with modern christian/islamic beliefs, and the evil and materialistic fear death and judgement more then you an possibly imagine.
>>
>>216986269
Home come we don't see more of this guy in movies?
>>
>>216986269
Having an affair with your kings woman and then killing him is a pretty big fuckup. Then trying to bring her back 3 times and getting fucked up each time is again even more fuckups
>>
>>216986651
his come back somehow started causing apocalyptic events all over egypt or maybe even the whole world. Thats a good reason to stop him

I liked Billy Zane in sniper

That's not Billy Zane, anon.

There's a brief scene in the first movie where fire is reigning down from the sky. I'm pretty sure he did something wrong.
>>
>>216986651
You clearly never watched the first 2 movies. The entire point of stopping him was because his resurrection would bring about the destruction of the world. There's a whole fucking monologue about it in the first movie.
>>
I liked the Tom Cruise Mummy

Me, an Egyptian Pharaoh in the Land of the Dead, suddenly fading in and out of Second-Death
>”Ah! Someone’s fucking with my mummy!”

He has a wide array of powers and causes a lot of ill omens to manifest, but he's never shown to have world-destroying powers. He has, like, "serious inconvenience to any modern military" tier powers.
>>216987844
That proved false though, he was resurrected and his immediate priorities were
1) regenerate body and powers to full strength
2) revive waifu using Book of Life, or Book of the Dead, I forget which is which
3) ???
4) profit
I always just assumed that he would go about trying to conquer the world with his Egyptian skeleton army afterwards, Settra the Imperishable style, but there was no indication he was going to, or even could, literally destroy the world other than some word-of-mouth desert nomad cult claiming that to be the case. I mean, when he was a mortal at full strength, he got immediately btfo by a bunch of guys with swords in that one flashback. But debating the lore of this movie is retarded because it's not that deep, it's a story about a Chad rescuing his Stacy from a spooky monster. We might as well debate the lore of fucking Castlevania.
