And if you take into account their recent move into a new facility and the DHS compliances they have to juggle with, a funny sign could very well be the last thing on their mind. It is pretty understandable to leave it like that for a while. It's not the smoking gun for fraud that people make it up to be. The DHS has been giving them shit to be up to standards following the violation flags in the past years so why are you once again jumping to this weird frothing at the mouth conclusion they're getting funds to NOT improve their facilities? The violations are concerning, and I too would like the government to have done more, but once again, NOT FRAUD.
