No. They probably have just seen everything post spider-man joining the mcu (which would be civil war). They'll be able to appreciate Doomsday but I would be very shocked if anyone under the age of like 21 saw the first two phases of the MCU.

You realize that these are children's movies, right? Somebody who is 21 right now was was around 5 years old when the MCU was starting to rev up and already 8 when the first Avengers flick came out. Even 6 year olds today are probably still big fans of it because it's made for that target audience.
