I started watching that last special and there were a few "heh" moments but no real laugh out loud moments. The audience was drunk or something and were just laughing their asses off at anything, could have been dubbed in later? I dunno.Anyway, a lot of his monologue felt like damage control rather than his best attempts at being funny. I didn't watch the second half, so maybe it gets better. I think classic Chappelle is about as good as comedy gets but his latest was a 6/10 at best.

Dave Chappelle is a friend of the world. I believe his fruit reveals this quite thoroughly. I can't keep eating it, though. He spoke words that finally illuminated my eyes to this fact and I won't be supporting or paying attention to any of his material. Or the material of any man who seems to make this world his Heaven.
