Rose would've never married Jack if they both survived. He was just a cool little slumdog adventure for her, but after a week or so we'd go back to rich Chad.

It's true. Women, by and large, are incredibly impulsive and prone to outlashes like fucking some loser for a week on your ocean crossing.

>implying they wouldn't get jobs in the entertainment industry after a week in 10s New York

art and acting were incredibly bankable careers back then haha

they would have both been survivors of the Titanic, which meant they automatically get a foot in the door everywhere, and Jack would have either had his portfolio with him or been able to demonstrate his artistic abilities immediately to get some kind of theatre job at the very least. Rose knows how to talk to rich people plus had made friends with the "Unsinkable" Molly Brown (Kathy Bates' character), an IRL iconic Titanic survivor who became a celebrity after the disaster. plus they're both hot, which is an ageless qualification for all jobs.
