Having all those other human civilizations really got in the way of prehistoric monster action kino, but the story had to progress somehow. I'm kinda losing track of what Spear is fighting for.

Maybe this time around he'll just be a noble savage aflame with his rage and kill cool monsters with his dino pal and her hatchlings. But dude having a daughter and interaction with other humans is a wet blanket on the epic fighting of prehistoric beasts for vengeance stuff.
