Anthony Mackie is decent and Harrison Ford was actually putting in some effort, surprisingly. They hard-carried the movie, along with solid action scenes.

You're about 9 months too late, shill.

Tiresome.

No. You can say thunderbolts had soul, but this shit SUCKED.
>>
It was aggressively ok

Which action scenes did you like? Cause the final fight at the white house is pure slop. I also hate that they told Sam to build an avengers team and we get no team building or any research about who should be on his team. I'm not asking for a Hemsworth appearance or anything but we can't even get a scene of him writing names in a notebook or thinking about it? Idk just seemed lazy.

I disagree. It wasn't great, but it's a perfectly serviceable action movie with one or two standout moments.

This was the most boring Marvel movie I've seen in years.

Mackie is decent but the movie doesn't really give him an arc or develop him. He's just "there" for most of it.
It's not a terrible movie and does have some cool parts, I liked the US vs Japan fighter jets set piece, but it's yet another thing that should have been better than it was. It has iffy CGI when planes and clouds and water should be easy to get right and make everything look real

I liked the dogfight with the jets and the Red Hulk fight at the White House too. Been a while since a good Hulk smash scene.

To be fair, he only decided to actually build the team in the ending scene. I also remember reading since the movie was shot while they were still figuring out the plot of Avengers: Doomsday, they actually couldn't include any big cameos or developments into FalCap rebuilding the team.
