The girl in the pic is Red McArthur. In Wok Is Dead, she acts cute to get Butters to buy her a Labubu, where he wastes tons of money to specifically get the one she wants. Labubus in universe are satanic and she wanted to summon Satan with her friends for her birthday. She asks Butters to record the ritual only for them to summon Trump and then Satan. When the episode ended, they appeared to be on good terms.
In Sora Not Sorry, Butters found out he'd been used, so he and Kenny made AI vids of Red farting, being pissed on by Santa, barfing up tampons and eating dogshit (last 2 were offscreen). In retaliation, Red makes an AI vid of Butters raping Totoro, Popeye raping Kenny & Droopy Dog shitting in Kyle's mouth, despite Kyle trying to defuse things. So the trio make an AI vid of Red and Bluey. Red eventually tells Officer Yates about it, which puts them on trial by Bluey herself. Luckily, Butters confesses that it was him (he'd been denying it the whole episode), and his confession gets Cartman saved from Peter Thiel (it was a whole other plot that went nowhere)
