Can someone explain the ending of Dark Knight Rises, I don't get it
>>217027938It was all Alfred’s daydream as he saw some unrelated young couple having a vacation at the same time he was.
>>217027938
>>217027938He fixed the auto pilot but done what had to be done
>>217027938bruce finally made it! perhaps one day we could too?

I don't get why he left all his equipment and presumably a good bit of money/future income to Dick Biscuit. He monologues about how literally anybody can be "Batman" and that Jim Gordon (or any good man) was effectively the hero moreso than Bamham himself. So why did he bait this slack-jawed faggot into being another emotionally-manipulative, non-law-abiding vigilante if the whole point was, in essence, letting Gotham decide for itself how to move forward? Seems like the story went nowhere and Bruce learned nothing. Not to mention Alfed was the overarching antagonist and got away with everything. While I'm rambling, what the fuck is up with the scene in TDK with the "Batmen" vigilantes?>WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND ME?>...I'm not wearing hockey padsSo why doesn't he donate/fund the GCPD and other vigilantes? Oh right, because Bruce is a psychologically damaged villain who saves precisely nobody he didn't unintentionally cause to need rescuing. Fuck this nigga lmao.>I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you from this train crash I orchestrated with the aid of a GCPD sergeant who is piloting an illegal, experimental, military-grade vehicle"""Hero"""
>>217027938>Can someone explain the ending of Dark Knight Rises, I don't get itThis is a tall order.
>>217027938It’s something pretty subtle that you really have to pay attention to catch. From his angle, he could tell that Bruce had concealed a couple of tangerines in his pants.
>>217028327Kek
>>217027938Bruce retired with Selina KyleWhich was Alfred's dreamHe fixed the auto pilotAnd got away to retire peacefully."A true revolutionaries goal is to get away with it"You would have to understand the lesson in "The Dark Knight Returns" to understandIt's to pass on the fight, the proverbial "torch" as it were to those willing to take up the fight. He left everything to Nightwing.Because that is the realistic outcome to any revolutionary outcome if you have the money to retire.Like how moot allowed storm front to take over 4chans politicsHe sold it to some useless jab but the message in archives is the same as it ever was, but now is being slopshodded by zoomers while moot enjoys his retirement and thus "got away with it".Which is the grand strategyCreate a movementStart a shit showLeave before world governments put a bounty on your head.Profit
>>217027938>In Batman Begins :>In a prison somewhere in China>Bruce : How do you know my name?>Ras Al Ghul : The world is too small for someone like Bruce Wayne to disappear, no matter how deep he chooses to sink.>In TDKR >Bruce Wayne without any disguise freely walks around in Florence even though he was pronounced deadIt's like pottery
>>217027938it was all just a dnd campaign
>>217027938He ordered the tangerine
>>217027938It would've been so much better if it didn't cut to Bruce smiling at Alfred. Just Alfred looking at the camera and smiling then cutting it there. Way better way to do that.
>>217027938He saw Patrick Bateman on vacation and mistook him for Bruce Wayne
>>217028529you're a tall guy
>>217030077have a wooby. have two
>>217027938he saw his good friend finally move on and get into a healthy relationship and is so content about it that he doesn't mind being left behind and forgotten forever
>>217027938He had an identical twin that he traded off being Batman/Bruce Wayne with who lived after the other one died in the explosion.
>>217030158People argued about that stupid fucking top at the end of Inception endlessly even when it was not that ambiguous and pretty clear Leo was meant to be back in the real world. I'll cut Nolan some slack for wanting to retard-proof the ending of his next movie.
He realizes he's been a ghost since Joker killed him in the second movie
>>217027938Heaven is France.

>>217028207you're six years old
Superman saved him
>>217028494>So why doesn't he donate/fund the GCPDbecause they're corrupt
>>217027938It's heavily implied that Alfred and Bruce spit roasted a tangerine.
