>Spider-Man wasn't trying to attack the city, he was trying to save it. That's slander.>It is not. I resent that. >Slander is spoken. In print, it's libel.
>>217037379Aeesome movie. Why are they incapable of reaching these heights, now? Its just a couple people in wardrobe on a set. I dont understand it. The moment where Doc Oc busts in and demands to know who supplies the photos of Spider-man is great. Despite everything any sensible viewer thinks about Jonah, he immediately defends Peter / a random unimportant bottom-of-the-barrel employee with his life. He could have just said it's Peter. He had no idea Doc wouldnt kill him. For all he knew it was his last act that would result in his death and he did it with zero hesitation. Awesome character, awesome movie. Does 2025 lack the sets, the actors, the cgi, or the inanimate words on a script, to make a decent film? Why Raimi did not get BTFO and overshadowed by at least one of the capeshit churners who followed, I will never understand. I was looking forward to the genre as a young teen. Xmen was promising, Spider-man was awesome, and movies like Blade existed to substantiate this cool realistic action re-imagining of comics that was happening. Where did it all go wrong? Literally by the first Avengers movie everything was mutated.
>>217039238Right? Spider-Man 2 is full of good character moments.-
>>217039238It's true and it happened fast. Iron man was 2008. Thor was in 2011. By 2015 they were on ANT MAN lmao
