The Evil Avengers play a similar role to that of the Black Order in Doomsday.After the success of his multiversial crusade, much of which is only alluded to and not shown on screen, and the decimation of the Council of Kangs, Doom declares there is not one left in the remaining realities that could stand against his plan to create one "perfect" existence. Doom believes it is only he that can choose the correct balance of heroes and villains to create a stable reality, a Battleworld, so he goes across the multiverse to seek out those he deems pragmatic and offers them their memory to remain in his new world if they help abet his plan.
Doom enlists Sentry, Wanda Maximoff as well as other alternate reality heroes to help him, promising them perfect lives without the chaos inflicted of them in their native realities that can lead to multiversial calamity. Their specialized power set help craft and defend his vision for balance. (no void inside Bob, Wanda's family intact) He shows them Franklin's ability to reality warp to convince them of the possibilities.Doctor Doom then quickly turn his attention to those who might oppose and he kills several of the X-Men from a reality he deems problematic. (Professor X, Cyclops, Beast, Jean) He does this because his technology alerts him of an incursion and Doom does not want anyone capable of fleeing to speed up the inevitable multiversial collapse before he can craft Battleworld to his liking. Logan is MAD.The TVA intervenes after Doom deems the reality no longer a threat and leaves. They assembles the Multiversal Avengers (Jackman Wolverine, Maguire Spider-Man, Cage Ghost Rider, Evans & Atwell Captain America, and Damson Idris Black Panther)
Tobey Magurie's Spider-Man dies when Doom targets his realities Doctor Strange. This is the reason why Marvel negotiated successfully against Sony going forward with Spider Man 4 with Sam Rami, giving him Multiverse of Madness instead as part of the agreement.Vision, Star Lord, and the New Avengers (Thunderbolts) help form the Young Avengers after Captain Marvel and the remaining Avengers travel to the X-Men universe to save Monica and do not return. There is a fight in Wakanda with Talokan against Doombots + big villain cameos. M'Baku sacrifices himself for Shuri.There is a large action set piece being used for a battle between Doom, Sentry, and eventually Francesca Trask, who was funded by Doom as a contingency for this reality mergers and aquisition years ago when the previously killed X-Men were deemed a threat.Fiend joins the battle in her personal mech and unleashes her upgraded Sentinels against the remaining X-Men, students, and Avengers at the X-Mansion.Doom turns on the Evil Avengers once the battle begins to turn. He steals Sentry and Wanda's power towards the end of the X Mansion conflict.
Invisible Woman and Mr. Fantastic are the main protagonists while the weakened X-Men and Avengers teams battle Doom in the reality Monica is stuck in, as well as in Wakanda. They reside in the reality Doom is native to, so they are following one step behind in search of Franklin.New Avengerz, Avengers, Multiversal Avengers, and Fantastic Four combine for a large final battle outside "Yggdrasil", trying to stop Doom from getting to Loki. Loki does not die like earlier leaks suggested. He and Franklin instead create a new, single Sacred Timeline for Secret Wars after Loki agrees to serve Doom when Doom almost kills the boy when he attempts to use him as a conduit to create his Battleford from Yggrasil.After Doom explains his vision, Loki feels this choice is rightous because Doom promises, unlike Thanos, to not pick who stays and goes indiscriminaely. Doom vows that if Loki helps in creating this perfect reality ture to his vision of Battleworld, all will be set right for him and both his Asguardian and adoptive TVA families. (A world where the very best of the heroes from X-Men/Mutants, Fantastic Four, Avengers, and the rest of the universe all co-existEvery character has a good amount of screen time and moments.
Finally, the survivors of the final incursion will be similar to the roster that made it onto the multiversial raft Reed creates in Secret Wars 2015. These will roughly be the POV/fish out of water characters for Secret Wars, a film set in totality on Battleworld. They will be used to give the audience the exposition required to understand what Doom created.
This is currently Doom's suit for Doomsday if nothing changes during post. It will turn white for Secret Wars, much like the 2015 Secret Wars comic run.
This leak has to be false or else you're leaving out a lot. Almost every line is just Doom randomly doing something with seemingly no motivation.It's not even bad it's bizarre. Even if it is real stop shilling it so hard and stop separating all the spoiler tags, it's fucking annoying to look at.

His motivation, like the trio of Kangs running the Council, is to manage the multiversial mergers and acquisitions. He sees himself as a god and a lot of the Beyonder qualities from the first Secret Wars are being attributed to him now that the Kang from Quantumania that fell into the engine can't be used as a Beyonder stand in like Marvel originally planned.

The reason for this, in my opinion, is that they liked the story beats of Kang Dynasty, but wanted to hamfist in the X-Men universe with Monica Rambeau to make Doom a head above the squabbling heroes. It's very similar to using Thanos as POV in Infinity War, but with less of a list of objectives like the infinity stones. I am not sure if they are using Kamala's bangle and Shang Chi's rings anymore as MacGuffins.
