I liked Fargo seasons 1-3. Are S4 & S5 worth watching? I'm considering skipping S4 and going straight to S5

Just to offend you guys, I think my ranking of S1-3 is:
1. S2
2. S3
3. S1
All fun though

S04 was at least well made (setting, acting, costumes, etc.) but the story is pretty lame, S05 is straight-up trash.

S02 > S01 > S03 > > > S04 > > > > > > > S05
