>>217069325Dunkirk was propaganda. The whole premise of the movie is a lie. Hitler could have curb stomped the Allies here but to do so would have just been brothers killing brothers. It would have been senseless and he hoped the Brits would acknowledge his kind deed. Instead the movie makes it seem like it’s a race against time because the Germans are coming to finish the job. Really annoying. Anyone I thought was remotely maybe kind of cool in Hollywood has turned out to be a slopaganda shill for the heeby jeebies. This movie has almost zero merit outside of being yet another modern day reminder that the worst thing of all is a Nazi.
