angel heart was the tits
JUST
>>217070642don't make a big thing out of this. it is a guy picking up food
How long has he been sick?
>somehow looks better as a cancer patient than he did as a zoolander knockoffBased Mickey, fuck land lords.
>>217070642Isn't he gay?
>>217070642Looking at his filmography,he should be quite wealthy. Dont burger actors have to be paid 70k per SAG rules if they do a line in a movie? Some anon posted his house and its a kind of run down shack, cant be that expensive.
this nigga is 73 already? I thought he was a bit younger.well, at that age it's pretty expected to look like shit
>>217070945hesa getting evicted too
>>217070642I'm no dietologist but he probably shouldn't be eating taco bell, probably lean meat and some greens.
He's 73 you retards. We will all look like shit then lol
>>217070682Where do you think you are?
>>217070642is he in socks?
>>217072156he looks 10 years older though
>>217072072Image searching that ns jewgle AI comes up with info.Seems to me he is just a retard and has squandered his money. He is fucking renting the place. How would you be fucking renting unless you blew all your money.
>>217072297hey.... he was batmaxxing
He had the whole world in his hands.
>>217070945He’s been misbehaving and burning bridges his entire career. When Stallone wanted him in a movie Stallone had to quietly pay for Rourke himself because nobody wanted him around.
>>217070642Good movie, and in typical Rourke fashion he’s slagged it off for decades. Guy has done this to himself putting down everyone who gave him a shot
>>217072433i have a relative who is ridiculously wealthy from tech and he rents two old as fuck apartments in NY and LA.
>>217072735Why?Why rent 2 too?I understand if you have shit loads of money renting is actually a more simple solution as you dont have to deal with any of the home owning shit, like repairs and maintenance but also renting you often have to deal with shit from a landlord. You ever got any answers to why he rents, and why 2?I am genuinely curious.
>>217072811not him but i am fairly wealthy and could easily afford my own place, but honestly i don't have the energy for it right now. i started renting a decent place a few yeas ago and have an excellent relationship with my landlord, and i am singleif i bought a place i would have to move first of all, and settle a lot of stuff with buying the new place and adding more responsibility, and renting is just incredibly relaxing and easy for me as i am settled into my current place. the financial aspect of the investment of owning your own place just isn't worth it for me. maybe a year or two from now
>>217073081The financial aspects ARE worth it but only if you are not extremely wealthy.the simplify it if you rent and its 1k a month, but buy a place for 300k, its only 3 years of renting until you are "spending" money by giving it to someone else. Where generally the house you could have bought at the beginning of the 3 years would either not decrease or actually increase in value, meaning you just saved yourself 300k.As a poor person having my own house would be a dream come true and like others said above, life changing. thing is, i then do not have the finances to maintain it.That is the only real benefit of renting. if you have a good landlord, they maintain the property for you.My landlord is shit in that regard but doesn't cause me any grief so i take the one pro for a con as peaceful enjoyment of life is more important to me than having a perfectly kept home.Obviously if I was a family man this would change as one would want a stable home to build and raise a family in.
>>217070642Based marielito
>>217072735sounds like a coin clipper scumbag, hope he regrets his apartment choice
>>217070642He was supposed to be a good catholic boy, not an evicted junkie. This sucks ;_;
>>217073615if he's legitimately sick. he can't be evicted, especially if he requires oxygen equipment and whatnot, his utilities can't be shut off either because he needs them to live.
