mistitled and underwhelming movie that isnt even charged with its politcal messaging, Penn was mildly good but the rest of the cast (besides del toro) was completely forgettable

8/10, they captured current political feeling perfectly, much better than Civil War or Long Walk or whatever else came out recently. Bonus points for typical Thomas Pynchon jokes like funny acronyms. The only thing I don't like is the title and how not all of the Christmas Adventurers were hypocrites about interracial relationships unlike the actual GOP elite in USA (mostly because they were weird incels who could not score a white stacy before they became rich and powerful). But they hinted it was more about lying at the application than the actual race mixing so it is ok.
