>>217190428Nah season 1 was much better by this point because the first season's first few episodes 1. had more scale because 2000 competitors2. the first episodes had more arbitrary and "unfair" games like "eliminate yourself to save your row" or "if one of you does somehing wrong , all 100 of your team get eliminated" which made people absolutely lose their shit and act completely insane which was more entertaining to watch. Also thematically it's more in the spirit of beast games where like life there is unfairness and arbitrariness and whims of chance3. by the end of episode 3 of the first season, there was just more hype and it was more intriguing.there have been some overall good moments in season 2, it isn' bad , but not quite as good as the first 3 episodes of season 1 imo.Like the editing and storytelling hasn't been as good.lots of the interesting characters that the episode focused on have been eliminated not long after, like the people who won the stacking competition or almost all the OGs (although akira coming back just to go on a killing spree was pretty funny) .Also, this season people are way more afraid of getting a bad reputation and getting teamed up on later on so are unwilling to do any betraying or bluffing/lying.Mr. Beast needs to think of some games which limit information between players so that players feel hey can get away with lying . That would probably be the most direct way to incentivise lying.otherwise the players are just going to be goodie two shoes the whole time for fear of ostracisation later, even choosing random chance and not participating in the games.
