After watching Se7en, The Game and especially Fight Club over and over and over again I knew Fincher's next film would be nothing short of an absolute masterpiece. But it wasn't. Zodiac was at least, but that took another five years.

Panic Room is a surprisingly good movie. Good acting, decent plot, a few stars. And still underrated. Not bad. Aged like a fine wine, one might even say.

The film starred Jodie Foster, a well regarded actor, Forrest Whitaker, another well known actor at the time, KristenStewart, who became a well known actor, Jared Leto, who was sort of known, and is a major actor now, And Dwight Yoakum, who was a major country singer. Patric Bauchau and Anne Magnuson both had bit parts, and both were leading actors in TV shows and movies during their careers.
