The concentric (pretty sure that's the term, but in essence it's sort of like the inverse of "athlete's heart" and "weakness" related cardiomyopathies?) hypertophy can inherently cause increased BP (again it is a positive in that your heart can "cope" better with the sudden huge momentary raises in BP that 1rms can cause) and can mess with the volume of blood pumped in a stroke. I assume it's still rare for it to cause problems and it shouldn't if you do "easy" cardio for extended periods of time to counteract with improved elasticity. I made that mistake being the classic double obese powerlifter, I thought "hard" cardio would be good enough, but I had to replace it with gay boring walks. Most cholesterol problems are a matter of diet quality rather than quantity though, as I used to shovel 4000kcal down my gullet and my cholesterol is perfectThanks for reading my blog

Any routine with more than 4 days and 5 exercises a day of weights for most people is just going to either leave them stalled very quickly or injured

I watched and enjoyed most of season 1 but already the first episode on s2 is giving a poor impression.Anyone else notice the dialouge being worse or having more annoying quips from the characters?
