Working 12 hour days means you wake up at 4 am, get to work at 5, then work until 5 or 6 if you have an hour break. You get home at 7, and eat and shower by 8. If you go to bed now, you can get 8 hours of sleep, however you’ve done nothing worthwhile all day except work like a slave. So maybe you play video games for an hour and sacrifice some sleep just to have some escape. People making these films should be smarter than that because everyone on set works 14 hour days, and can spend weeks without seeing any family especially if they’re filming in another country.
