>You don't believe we went to the moon?
>>217219240I saw this at a matinee showing with an audience of boomers and the whole place GASPED when the teacher said the apollo missions were faked.
>>217219303It would be like saying Palestine isn’t real to zoomers (except true in that case)
What do you do in that situation globebros? Knock the flat earth liberal out?
>>217219240whats funny is the brainwashed teacher is saying this to an ex NASA astronaut
she was so cute though
>>217220653He was a test pilot, not an astronaut and not necessarily privy to all the org's deep dark secrets
Somehow, the technology was lost.
Everything everyone thinks is a belief. Who cares. Just have fun and try not to be an asshole over shit that doesn't even matter. People pretending to know things that they don't actually know is what got us here.
>>217222088>DON'T YOU DARE ASK QUESTIONS JUST CONSOOM BE A HECKIN GOOD PERSON AND DON'T YOU DARE DO A HECKIN WRONGTHINK LIKE HECKIN RACISMEnd your life.
I suppose I can say the truth but I don't feel like it
whats with all the interstellar threads lately
USELESS MACHINES

>>217222403The kike/and nigger conflict is used as an excuse to remove more of our rights every year.
>we will not teach kids about moon landing because these dumb starving hick in the middle of nowhere will start to singlehandedly make a rocket instead of making foodBravo Nolan
>>217219240I dont remember this scene but did they really waste time on this
you'd need to be encased in lead to not get radiation poisoning
>>217222530Youre fucking retarded
this weird subplot about the knowledge of space travel being suppressed is completely unnecessary and goes nowhere
>Useless machines??
>>217222252>You know, one of those useless machines they used to make was called an MRI, and if we had one of those left the doctors would have been able to find the cyst in my wife's brain, before she died instead of afterwards, and then she would've been the one sitting here, listening to this instead of me which would've been a good thing because she was always the... calmer one.
I could swing around those neutron dubs.
>>217219303One of the space station clips had a moment when sone object should have stayed afloat up went down
>>217219240The moon ain't even real cuh
>>217222554Youre fucking retarded
>>217222553>>217222619>Youre
>>217219240The Earth scenes in Interstellar were fantastic. The teacher not believing the US went to the moon highlights the declining state of the country, that its people dont even believe in its past achievements.
>You don't believe in 2 genders?>You don't believe in natural immunity?Movie was ruined by Matt Damon, both the casting and his character. Nolan clearly wanted a shock from the audience when his cryto tube was opened. Then his character turned into a fucking Bond villain for no reason.
>>217222772His planet was uninhabitable and he couldn't live with that. He set up a signal confirming habitability, but it was all in an effort to make sure he could get back to Earth. He gave up on the project and just wanted to die on Earth with humanity. Twas kino.
>>217222772>sends false data so he can be saved>gets saved and becomes insane?
>>217222553for not remembering every line of dialogue in that terribly written snoozefest? sorry anon your the retard
>>217222772Movie was ruined by the retarded Nolans writing.9/10 movie until they go into the wormhole, then it becomes 5/10 retard shit.
>planet right next to a black hole is for some reason considered a serious candidate for colonization>even though we already know about the serious time distortion and all you're going to do is waste literal decades on this shithole planet when Earth is dying>they actually fucking go thereby far the dumbest part of the movie
>>217222994This.
>if you can find the right number to solve some equation you can suddenly have anti gravityI don't know why sciencefags latch onto this movie so much. It's insultingly asinine.
>>217222994>Cooper jettisons Brand so she can go colonize the planet with embryos>he goes through more time dilation as he gets closer to the black hole>he goes into black hole and ends up on the space station even further into the future>"According to director Christopher Nolan, the wormhole closed after Cooper finished his mission and left the Tesseract">end of the movie is him leaving in a shuttle to "find Brand"?????
>>217223110and yet this shit still makes more sense than Tenet
>>217223110yeah brand was MURPH's age so she'd be old and have some clones walking around with that colony i dunno what cooper was thinking maybe he likes old vag
>>217222568>and? If they found it what makes you think they could have done something about it? It was a brain cyst. Removing it would have been a very invasive and dangerous operation she likely would have died from. And she would have deserved it for being a woman. Faggot.
>>217219377israel signed up a two state agreement thoughbeit
>>217222645We are literally living thru this right now.
i believe in the absolute authority of 14 years old girls as being the pinnacle of beauty and purity
>>217219240I love this movie up until they reach Matt Damon, then I kind of check out. The ending is quite silly but meh. I like Nolan but he very, very overrated.
>>217223767Bitch could hold a grudge for a long time.
>>217223900Memento, The Prestige, TDK, and Inception are genuine articles to be desu. Inception has some wonky choreography but that's just damn good movie making.
If we had been to the moon there would be a moon cheese harvester there and I'd be able to buy moon cheese at the supermarket.
>>217223954Okay Wallace.
>>217223947One of my favourites is probably Dunkirk, despite its flaws and some silliness.
>>217223767She doesnt look 14
>>217222994>waste literal decades on this shithole planet when Earth is dyingThe whole point of the movie is that Earth was beyond saving, and whatever risks the spaceship team would go through were worth it because there wasn't a plan B. Wasting a few decades or centuries were meaningless when the only plan was to send a human couple to reproduce on another planet.
>>217224007nta but i feel dunkirk came too late in the cultural zeitgeist. it's a film that should have been made in the early 2000s when wwii was in vogue. i know a lot of people died in wwii and a lot of battles go on unsung, but nolan's dunkirk didn't feel like a celebration or veneration of the young men who died there. it's obvious the film meant a lot to him because he spearheaded its making, and maybe it's because i was a younger man when i first saw it jesus christ nine years ago, but i remember leaving the theater feeling unfulfilled. maybe that was the point. bravo nolan
>>217224062The flying scenes were cool, despite the limited number of planes.
>>217224089Though it was no Battle of Britain.
>>217220607I ask them to explain why a flat disc would have a curved horizon line or any horizon line at all since the sky of a flat disc would just be parallel at all times.
>>217224164t. people trying to keep the truth obscure
>>217224062Nolan had to insert a time gimmick into Dunkirk with the land, air and sea segments all being played out over different times. The film isn't edited sharply enough to pull off the effect. It should have been a straight retelling of Dunkirk. Another thing that bothered me about Dunkirk was that it wasn't big enough. You see maybe a couple thousand guys on the beach when in reality it was hundreds of thousands. You see dozens of boats instead of the thousands it was.
>>217224183Governments can't even pave their roads correctly or keep their jeets and nogs under control, but there's a secret cabal that keeps a world wide sky illusion going 24/7?
>>217224089>knights of the sky doing heroics>everyone else being uselessIt revealed Nolan's class bias
>>217224164Unbelievably easy to refute. What you call the “horizon” isn’t a place, it’s an optical illusion created by your perspective.
>>217224089Would be cool to get a strangereal WWII ACe Combat game.
>>217219240Matthew Mccaokgeoaktea was relentlessly handsome. I don't wanna get old bros.

>>217222088>The law of gravity is nonsense, Winston. There is no such law. If I believe I float, and you agree that I float, then I float.>just don't be an asshole, Winston
>>217224255Weird thing about him is that he looks older in Interstellar than he does now.
>>217224089mediocre>>217224112kino
>>217224089>brits chicken out of France like a bunch of sissies>germans let them because they want a peace treaty>somehow brits win the war and make a heroic movie about how they completely owned the germs at DunkirkThat's where you can see brits and americans are related to each other.
