I'll never understand why someone wants something to be a prequel anyway. You could make a sequel and have a lot less constraints.
If I had to, probably just cut out the kid Anakin parts and have a similarly aged Obi-Wan and Anakin having more adventures together with a similar overall plot of him slowly getting corrupted.
The parts that make it good or bad are in the details anyway

not a prequel fan but ive always said before, the broad strokes of the narrative are fine cause thats what george is ok at. his writing falls apart in the details and at connecting things together, so you could keep a lot of the major story elements but it would look very different with more refinement
