Why doesn't Cameron release an 18 rated version of his Avatar films? Among all the hippy stuff and dull family drama there are some good sci-fi action/horror films waiting to get out. When Neytiri goes on an insane murder rampage in Way of Water she is genuinely fucking terrifying. I want to see the Na'vi literally tearing RDA mooks limb from limb.

The original story outline from back in the 90s was quite a bit more violent. Probably would have been rated R had they stuck closer to that.
