I have mixed feelings about the film. There's some good stuff, also a lot of bad stuff. I think I've already guessed the twist: everyone is infected, including the people on the fortress island. There are different degrees of infection, but they all carry the virus, and that's why the other nations have abandoned Britain.

When it comes to movies and shows about zombies/infected, I find the human parts the most fascinating, and the idea of the UK being stuck in 2001 while the rest of the moved on is such a neat premise. The ONLY problem i had with the movie is the weird 360 degree effect they were doing early on, but they ended up dropping it just as fast.
