You realize India is aiming to be the first to establish a colony there right? You aren’t fucking, but your in-laws great-grandkids will get to travel there.
Not for tourism, but because the ((elites)) will be shoving them off-world to work while they get the green world.

soviet school of filmmaking be like
>dude, jesus christ was le redpilled, lets smuggle some christianity in our epic movies
>lets irradiate dozens of people for our stupid film because life is so tuff in this bitch
>lets smuggle some anti-soviet messages here and there too, we're thugs that don't need no laws 'cept for the ones in the Bible

>>
>>217265798
Tarkovsky-sama, I fucking kneel.
>>
>>217268683
It wasn't radiation, I believe. It was just leftover chemicals from the plant they weren't aware were still in the area.

>>217268894
It's amazing to me that someone can type that out and think they haven't described fucking legends.
>>
I watched The Sacrifice the other day and I’m not sure what to think about it.

Lots of highly composed shots of rooms with softly blowing curtains and Swedish people telling long winded anecdotes that only tangentially connect back to the plot.

But the final long tale with the burning house was pretty kino, even though he’d already done that in Mirror.

He's just as jewish as the next Hollywood star
>>
>>217268888
That's the Genghis Khan film
>>
2001 isn't a good movie. It's bloated, pretentious and dated to a feeling of what the near future will be in the 1960s.

The Terminator was an action movie that hit on ideas of predestination and the inevitability of man's self-destructive nature as a driving plot point for cool mass murder effects and superhuman assassins. I would watch this with a couple beers and a pizza.
>>
>>217265798
whether he's right or wrong about 2001 I'm not interested in. I'll say this, The Terminator is a much better film than 2001.

>>217265798
Andrei Trukovsky
>>
>>217265798
Based, over for Kubrickcels
>>
>>217265798
>low acting skills
To whom is he referring? Arnie certainly isn't a strong actor but if the only performance of his you'd ever seen was Terminator you wouldn't be aware of that. He's great as a cold, calculating machine and the rest of the cast is fine.
>>
>>217265798
>Terminator instead of Blade Runner
>>
>>217265798
Uhh, yeah? This is what I've been saying for years.
>>
>>217271114
blade runner is just an adaptation of a 20-year old philip k. dick book
