Getting light-headed from standing up too fast
I only had that happen as a kid. Never happened since even though I often pretty much jump up from bed.

For me, it was all about blood pressure. When I got to 120/70, it never happened again

Modern Tights/Yoga pants, or whatever you want to call this type of legging, are knitting fabric. There are at least half a dozen or so surviving legging from the Middle ages, and all of the legging are “flat woven” or loom woven, cloth, that was cut to form, so the leggings were “form fitting” like modern like modern bespoke tightly tailored clothing.
